DEVNXY provides bespoke software engineering, Next.js web application development, Flutter mobile application development, UI/UX design systems, cloud backend architecture, and technical consulting as explicitly outlined in individual project proposals and Statements of Work.

Any additions, feature expansions, or third-party integrations outside the agreed project scope will be evaluated under a separate change order and billed at our standard hourly or milestone rate.

DEVNXY retains the irrevocable right to showcase completed non-confidential project screenshots, metrics, and video demos in our agency portfolio, case studies, and marketing channels unless an explicit White-Label Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to kickoff.

• Project Kickoff Deposit: All custom engineering sprints require an upfront deposit (typically 40% - 50%) before design or codebase initialization.
• Milestone Releases: Subsequent milestone payments are tied to tangible deliverables (e.g., UI approval, staging environment deployment, production launch).
• Payment Windows: Invoices are payable within 7 business days via bank wire transfer, UPI, or authorized international payment gateways (Stripe / Razorpay).

Both parties agree to treat all proprietary business information, source code, product roadmaps, API credentials, and customer data disclosed during the engagement as strictly confidential. DEVNXY adheres to enterprise security standards and never shares private client repositories with unauthorized third parties.

DEVNXY provides a standard 30-day post-launch warranty period for all custom builds. During this period, any critical bugs or technical defects directly related to the delivered scope will be rectified at zero additional cost.

Ongoing maintenance, server management, third-party API fee shifts, and post-warranty feature upgrades are covered under dedicated monthly retainer SLA agreements.

In no event shall DEVNXY Technologies Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime (e.g. AWS, Vercel, Supabase), API outages, or Client modifications to production code.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Punjab, India.
